Nexus International is a leader in global youth ministry development through equipping, encouragement, and entrepreneurship.We are disciples, patiently making disciples of indigenous youth leaders, who are making disciples of young people around the world.
We are developing leaders who are changing the world through youth ministry and we are looking for people with several key qualities.

What will my experience at Nexus look like?
The majority of Nexus staff live in the United States and travel abroad on a regular basis to meet and train our partners. We continue to grow the number of non-U.S. staff as well. The average Nexus staff member will travel 4-8 times a year on 7-14 day trips. During non-travel periods Nexus staff disciple leaders from a distance on a weekly basis. All Nexus staff are responsible for their own fundraising.
